Job Description:

Director of Quality Assurance needed immediately for our client, the leading drug distribution management company serving the majority of the Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies. This 3PL is the market leader and a wholly owned division of a $10B well-managed corporation!

The Company provides pharmaceutical manufacturers with regulatory compliant premium distribution services including warehousing and order fulfillment direct to researchers, sales representatives, physicians and wholesalers throughout the US and worldwide. Additionally, their “cold chain management services” ensure pharmaceutical and biotechnology products are maintained at precise temperatures at all points in the supply chain. The company has won recognition on Inbound Logistics' Top 100 3PL Provider's list.

Responsibilities:
· Manage Quality Assurance function for two 100,000 sq.ft. warehouses located in southern NJ and Memphis, TN. Supervise #3 others.
· Assure compliance with all DEA and TSA regulations and licensing.
· Oversee and/or modify all SOP’s.
· Assure deficiency-free audits by 30+ pharmaceuticals companies annually.

Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years successful experience as a Quality Assurance Coordinator or Manager with a supply chain company.
· Experience managing storage and handling of pharmaceuticals and/or biologicals.
· Ability to travel 25% between warehouse locations.
