Border Collie - Medium - Young - Male - Dog - DRD-Oswald

Oswald was rescued from the Covington, TN city pound. When he was rescued, it was very evident that he'd been severely abused. He spent several months in a great foster home and was then accepted into the Death Row Dogs prison program in Kentucky. He will be there for 3 months, and will be graduating some time in March. He will be learning basic commands, will be housetrained, taught wonderful social skills, and socialized with many dogs.
