We have suffered MAJOR damage from hurricane GUSTAV.PLEASEHELP US.Fritz is a big sweet wild and crazy guy. And he has a big problem. He is a black lab. Black labs are some of the least adopted dogs . Maybe its the fact that they don't have flashy markings. Who knows. But many dogs like Fritz will spend their lives in a sanctuary like ours, and many will end up in animal control facilities where they will be euthanized. Fritz and all the black labs like him deserve a home. Its not their fault that they are black instead of the popular yellow or chocolate color, and its not their fault that someone allowed their black lab to have puppies that there were no homes for. Fritz is very active and strong and needs plenty of exercise. He needs someone to love him for who he is--a goofy, rambunctious boy who always wants to play. He is so eager and playful that he can be a little overbearing, but thats just the way young labs are. With consistent training, this intelligent, friendly boy could be your best friend. Fritz is heartworm negative and will be neutered prior to adoption.Unless otherwise indicated in the specific information for this pet, he/she is already fixed, up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.
