We have suffered MAJOR damage from hurricane GUSTAV.PLEASEHELP US.Beulah is a 'bassador', part lab and part basset hound! She has a lab body with short stocky legs. Beulah has a sweet disposition toward people and most dogs. She loves playing in the exercise yard, but she is not at all a hyper dog--after a few laps stretching her legs she is content to wander around sniffing the grass and enjoying the sunshine. Although she has mostly spent her life outdoors, she would most likely be happy to be a couch potato as long as her person was willing to be patient in teaching her house manners. Beulah is approximately 7 years old, but she does not act her age. Beulah is considered special needs becase of her wonderful but shy son, Bigalo. The two have been together ever since he was born. Bigalo is a great boy, but is very bonded to Beulah and has always looked to his mom for comfort and social cues. For that reason, we have decided that this pair must be adopted together.The adoption fee for the pair will be reduced for the family who can give Beulah and Bigalo a loving forever home together. If you have enough love in your heart for two fantastic dogs, please consider this mom and son!Unless otherwise indicated in the specific information for this pet, he/she is already fixed, up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.
