My name is Armstrong. I am a 3-4 year old retriever/pit mix. I get so excited when people give me love and affection! Problem is I don't get enough of it. I'm stuck here in a cage. The people here do pretty well I guess at exercising us daily, but REALLY...they have like 100 dogs or more here. It's prolly overwhelming to care for us all. So, maybe you could adopt me. I'm not too much trouble. I swear. I was found on the streets of Memphis and never knew what love was. I've had a little now and am ready for the real deal! I am a happy, mild mannered boy. I would love a home where affection (and treats) are part of the daily regimen. Please, apply below to fill this position. I'm house trained and everything! Dog Adoption fee $150.00 Cat Adoption fee $100 On average we spend well over our adoption fee for each pet. The adoption fee goes towards our expenses. All pets adopted from Sunny Meadows will be fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered, tested appropriately and verified negative (i.e. heartworm test or FIV/FeLV combo test) Many of our rescues arrive to us in critical need of costly medical procedures; heart worm treatment, orthopedic surgery and ophthalmologic surgery, just to name a few. Many rescued pets need behavior modification and socialization skills. We go to great lengths to ensure the health and well being of our pets.
