We desperately need foster homes for the Ohio rescue ferrets - or any of the ferrets in our care for that matter. To become a foster for a very needy fuzzie, you must qualify ... we provide the cage, the bedding, the bottles, the toys, and food -- you provide the time and the love. We also provide for the necessary medical treatment, if any. A foster agreement must be signed. You must communicate weekly with the shelter as to how things are going and if there are any needs or concerns. Foster homes can become adoptive homes. If you are a first-time ferret owner and do not presently have the money for the equipment, etc for a ferret but want to love and take care of a ferret, this is the job for you!
