Looking for a female roommate to occupy the large bedroom in a one bedroom studio, first floor. Will gladly consider 2 females, in this case rent would be $700 all included. Will also consider a dog. Furnished with everything in the picture, a wooden closet, a skinny closet, large coffee table, full size futon, an arm chair and horrid curtains with no rods. Laminate flooring. Bedroom is a calm green with a fresher coat of first-draft doodles on one wall. Keep it, draw your own or paint over it all if you like. The living & hallways are often being doodled on or re-decorated... not your typical white-wall apartment. All is included, but please note: I turned off my gas & use an electric frying pan & electric water boiled for soups, a microwave... you can use this or if you like to cook traditionally I can turn on the gas & split the bill, normally only $8 each a month. I catch internet & it's cable ready. It's the Kings Highway stop on the N train, first stop in Manhattan, Canal St, is just under 40 minutes away. Please be sure the distance suits you.

Last picture below is the living.kitchen with the full futon (now in the bedroom, smaller one in living) before my last decorating/painting faze.I (mid 20s female) make my bed in the living/kitchen with my 2 cats and cooker spaniel/ poodle.The dog's extra friendly and can be hyper. If this can bother you, this isn't the right fit. The living situation has worked out pretty good in the past, so I'd like to find someone comfortable with the fact that I stay in a shared space; the living/kitchen. I'm considerate as far as noise, I don't care how late you go out or get in, how much time you spend cooking or how many water/bathroom runs you make a night. I'm not a clean freak at all, and I think it's important that you are not either. Maybe once a month I'll have a guest over for 2-3 nights. You're welcome to have guests as well under same conditions, as long as they're respectful.

The neighborhood: N train & B4 3 blocks from the house, B82 on the corner, F train & other buses walking distance. We have one of everything within walking distance, laundry mat across the street, 24 hour laundry mat 3 blocks, 24 hour rite aid 2 blocks, groceries, chinese, pizzas, sushi, one old mafia bar, a Key Food supermarket bout 4-5 blocks... McDonalds... small restaurants here & there... chinese supermarkets...stuff. Kingshighway shopping area not far by bus, 86th street shopping area followed by Seacers Bay shopping with khols, toys R us, models, NYSC Gym and something else even closer. The neighborhood is more residential than anything else, I feel safe walking around at night. No nightlife scene, although my early youth tells me you can find a few lounge-clubs not too far...

Available from November1st. If your move in date is later just let me know, if you come by, we suit each other & you are sure you want the place, we might work that out, maybe with a deposit depending on how far off it is. Rent before keys & a deposit of $150 in case you don't warn me when you move out. Circumstances are different for everyone, I will only keep it if you give me less than 2 weeks notice of moving out. You will get it back the day you move out.

Where you work or how you have money for rent
Are you sure the location and travel distance between the place & where ever you normally go is good for you
Are you comfortable in the type of area I live in, the lack of night life and having to travel to most places of your interest
How do you feel about pets
Do you really think you'll be comfortable & not bothered by me living in the living/kitchen
If there are 2 of you, have both of you read this post?
